We are closely monitoring the situation related to Coronavirus/COVID-19 and taking all necessary precautions set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local governments.
As of today, all of our camp sessions are still on for their respective dates.
If a session ends up being cancelled due to state/local restrictions regarding COVID-19, we will proceed with a full refund.
If camp is ongoing but the camper wants to cancel registration, we will follow refund guidelines.

IMPORTANT Camp Guidelines
Check In:
All Campers and Staff will not be allowed into the facility without a temperature scan resulting in a temperature of less than 100.0 degrees. Temperature will be taken each day at check in.
All Camp Staff will escort campers into the facility upon completing the check-in process each morning.
All campers will wash their hands in the front restrooms upon entering the facility each day.
All Camp Staff will wear a mask and gloves during curbside check-in and drive-thru check out
During Camp:
All campers will remain in the same group throughout the camp.
All camp equipment will be thoroughly sanitized during every break in activities
All Camp Staff will encourage all campers to limit contact outside of activities
Ex. High-Fives, Hugs, Huddles
All Camp Staff will minimize games/activities that include only 1 shared ball as often as possible.
All Sports Camp Staff WILL ALWAYS monitor campers. Campers Will Not be left to navigate the facility unsupervised
Campers MUST to remain within the designated camp areas
Food and Drink:
Each player has to bring their own water bottle in the facility. Campers and Staff will not have access to the water fountains during this time
Each Camper must bring their own lunch
FieldhouseUSA will provide a morning snack and an afternoon snack to the All Sports Campers each day
Restrooms:
All campers and All Camp Staff will have access to main front restrooms of the facility
All Camp Staff WILL INSTRUCT campers to wash their hand after using the restroom
All Camp Staff WILL INSTRUCT all campers to wash their hands after each activity
All Camp Staff WILL INSTRUCT all campers to wash their hands before and after each snack/meal
Check Out:
Campers must be checked out of camp outside of the front of the facility. If a parent needs to get a camper early please call Traci Choate at 325-347-2161 and she will have the camper come out to be picked up.
Guardians will not have access to the facility.
